Shipping policy

For the Christmas season we cannot guarantee orders to arrive prior to December 25th. Therefore, please order before 1st December for your best odds of getting your gifts delivered on time!

 

1. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping through various carriers, including Australia Post and other couriers. The carrier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

2. Shipping Rates: Free shipping for orders over AUD$80 within Australia. Free shipping to USA for orders over AUD$150. 

3. Shipping Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. The shipping time can vary, but it typically takes between 7-14 days and 9-18 days depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
